LKB was retained by South Nassau Communities Hospital to provide civil and site development services for designs to reconstruct all surface parking facilities on the hospital’s 10.5-acre site.
LKB’s responsibilities included the preparation of a topographic survey, a drainage study and the design for the parking lots, including walkways, service areas, storm drains, and utility relocations affected by the proposed construction. In addition, LKB completed site plans for the modification of the hospital’s ambulance bay facility and provided construction inspection services during the construction phase.
