BENEFITS
At LKB, we care for our employees, and it is reflected in the benefits package offered to our team and their families. LKB has designed our benefit options to make a positive impact and offer support and stability in a meaningful way. Options in cost and plan design allow our employees to customize their benefit needs to meet their lifestyle and personal choices. Eligibility is extended to employees who work 30 hours or more per week. Eligible Dependents include spouses or domestic partners as well as children up to the age of 26.
HEALTH
Our health benefits begin from the date of hire for eligible employees. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision as well as health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, and company-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage.
PAID TIME OFF
Because we care about our employees’ families, we also offer family and medical leave, including paid parental leave. Our employees work hard, so we also offer a solid paid time off program, including 15 days of vacation accrual, sick time, and 9.5 paid holidays.
LEARNING AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT
