LKB was retained by the NYS Department of Transportation to provide construction management and construction inspection services for this project. The work included the installation of pole-mounted fixtures, surface mounted fixtures in underpasses, and underground conduit. The project also included the installation of new structures and signs and new concrete barrier. The work was mostly performed at night and involved lane closures and complex traffic detours.
