About this Project
LKB has performed numerous projects for New York Community Hospital involving mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) design work. These projects include an ongoing complete MEP design for a $2 million project involving a new MRI 480V electrical service, as well as an $8 million extension to the hospital’s fourth and fifth floors, which includes a new emergency generator.
Other completed assignments include MEP designs for the hospital’s Catheterization Lab, an Infusion Center, upgrades to existing MEP Systems, improvement to kitchen HVAC system, emergency gas fired generator, emergency room renovation, and the development of a Building Riser Diagram for all services.
