Civil/Site Development/Landscape Architecture

LKB has participated in numerous infrastructure design projects, many of which include roadway design, traffic studies, and drainage design. Our design experience ranges from major reconstruction projects on high-density, limited-access highways to local county, town, and private roadways.

Our site design experience includes master planning, streetscape design, commercial and municipal site development, and park design. Design components consist of layout, grading, drainage, erosion control, and landscaping. We are experienced in assisting communities in updating development policies, evaluating utility and highway systems, assessing resources, and analyzing environmental impacts.

Programming, concept development, master planning and site design all benefit from a creative design approach, which as a result, provides our clients with a product that meets design initiatives, and accommodates environmental considerations in a practical and cost-effective manner.
