Mr. Haddad, LKB’s past President & CEO, was responsible for overseeing LKB’s strategic development and managing overall operational activities for 25 years. In a professional career advancing from Project Engineer to Director of Civil Engineering, to Vice President and Chief Engineer, to President & CEO, Mr. Haddad progressively merged the disciplines of engineering and finance, managing LKB’s affairs in a leadership capacity within a highly competitive business environment.

Mr. Haddad has 48 years of diversified engineering experience, including 42 years with LKB, and has made substantial accomplishments in the fields of transportation engineering, highway and bridge design, hydraulics, drainage and sewer systems design, site development and site remediation design, and solid waste engineering.
