Wayne Culver PE

Director of Structural Engineering

Mr. Culver, Director of Structural Engineering, has an extensive background in the design, construction, and inspection of bridges, buildings, bulkheads and seawalls, and other structures. With 44 years of experience, including over 29 years with LKB, he has designed and provided project management for new and rehabilitated highway structures including concrete and steel bridges, retaining walls, noise barriers, sign structures and culverts. He has applied his knowledge in the preparation of specifications, estimates, shop drawing review, construction consultation for projects throughout the northeast.

Mr. Culver is also involved in the design of buildings, pre-engineered buildings, substation towers, transmission towers, monopoles and waterfront structures and has a record of providing solid solutions for assignments of various sizes and unique aspects.
