Timothy Viani PE

Structural Engineer

Mr. Viani has over 10 years of experience in structural engineering design and inspections of buildings, bridges and other structures. He has conducted structural condition inspections, prepared contract plans, specifications and estimates, provided shop drawing reviews, and other construction support services. His expertise includes design of steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and light gauge metal structures. Mr. Viani has experience as a structural engineer providing designs for residential and mixed-use buildings, bridge and subway rehabilitation, retaining walls and foundations, and storm hardening of structures located within coastal flood zones. He has designed and provided construction support for new and renovated buildings and has experience with demolition and construction sequencing of buildings including the design of temporary bracing/shoring, support of excavation and underpinning.
