Theresa Heneveld PE

Vice President of Environmental Engineering

Ms. Heneveld, Vice President of Environmental Engineering, is responsible for overseeing LKB’s environmental engineering design and construction projects including post-closure management of landfill remediation projects; the design of wastewater collection and treatment systems; the design of groundwater remediation systems; the preparation of hazardous waste site remedial investigations/feasibility studies, Environmental Impact Statements and Solid Waste Management Plans.

Ms. Heneveld has 39 years of experience, including over 34 years with LKB. She is a member of the Solid Waste Association of North America, the New York State Association for Solid Waste Management, the Water Environment Federation, the National Ground Water Association and the National Society of Professional Engineers. In addition, Ms. Heneveld is currently on the Board of Directors of the Long Island Chapter of the New York State Society of Professional Engineers (NYSSPE) and is a Past-President of the former Nassau County Chapter of NYSSPE.
