Landscape Architect and Certified Arborist
Ms. Skidmore is a landscape architect and certified arborist, with 21 years of experience in the field of site design and development. Currently, Ms. Skidmore is responsible for the design and preparation of contract documents for a variety of municipal and commercial land use development projects. Her expertise includes site, site restoration, layout, grading, drainage, planting plans, and construction cost estimates.
Prior to joining the LKB team, Ms. Skidmore worked for various landscape architectural firms located in Nassau County. Her responsibilities included site and planting design for high end residential properties, site investigation, research, plant identification, material take-offs and estimates, preparation of bid packages, preparing presentations for planning board meetings, field inspections, and assisting in the management of day-to-day operations.
