Wastewater Engineering Lead

Mr. Naylor has over 40 years of experience in the field of wastewater treatment plant design and improvement. He leads the team’s engineering services in wastewater collection and treatment, utilizing his design and construction management background with both the private and public sectors.

Mr. Naylor has successfully completed more than 60 wastewater and water treatment plant projects, and more than 50 pumping station projects. His expertise includes energy conservation and plant optimization for these projects, and he is experienced in the site-specific customization of off-the-shelf wastewater treatment systems to remove nutrients. He has also provided expert witness testimony in over 50 legal cases in local, state and federal courts. Mr. Naylor has been actively recognized for his leadership skills by his profession. In addition to being the recipient of numerous awards, he has been called upon by his profession to represent the engineering community before legislative bodies. He has also served in officer and/or committee chair positions for various associations such as the New York State Society of Professional Engineers (NYSSPE) at statewide and county levels, and the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) for the Northeast Region.
