Ms. Boyle has over 42 years of experience in the engineering/construction industry. Her experience includes work in design, construction management, and construction inspection roles.
Her experience working for a local municipality provided her with a diverse range of skills that permit her to assume many of the various positions required to complete projects. Her responsibilities in highway, parks, building, and bridge projects were varied and included everything from obtaining funding, design, construction inspection, construction management, public relations, forensic analysis, and expert witness testimony.
In the past, she also worked for the U. S. Army Engineer Corps in Engineering units within the United States and over 6 foreign countries providing critical infrastructure improvements to their government’s installations and the local population of these various host nations.
