Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Macedonio, Chief Executive Officer, has over 23 years of professional engineering experience which includes leading and developing engineering staff, managing multidiscipline project teams, and collaborating with marketing teams, business development teams as well as clients, for infrastructure and site development projects throughout the New York area. His strong technical background in planning, design and construction of roadways, bridges, railways, transportation facilities, site development, utilities and flood protection allow him to provide the leadership and client relations skills that drive new growth for LKB.
Mr. Macedonio is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards and is recognized as an accomplished engineer by the industry. He was awarded the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) 2015 NYC Platinum Award for Highway Project – Project Manager, MTA B&T Verrazano Toll Plaza Improvements; the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Long Island Branch 2011 Frank Patti Award; and the New York State Society of Professional Engineers (NYSSPE) 2009 Service Award. In addition, he has given project presentations at NYSSPE and New York State Association of Transportation Engineers (NYSATE) conferences.
He is an effective and trusted leader with previous experience leading one of the largest Civil Engineering Departments in NYC. He spent 9 years working at LKB as a Civil/Structural Engineer earlier in his career and has returned to perform in an executive role.
