Mr. Nepo has 38 years of experience in construction, including five years with New York State Department of Transportation as a Civil Engineer. He also has over 21 years of experience with a number of general contractors, where he had hands-on responsibility for supervision of the workforce, scheduling of labor and equipment and supervision of subcontractors, site safety and ensuring projects were brought in on time and within budget. These projects include bridge reconstruction and rehabilitation, major highway projects, and various commercial projects for clients including NYSDOT, NCDPW, SCDPW, NYCDEP, and NYSDEC.
