Mr. Naylor has over 45 years in the field of wastewater treatment plant design and improvements and has successfully completed more than 60 wastewater/water treatment plant projects, and more than 50 pumping station projects. His expertise includes energy conservation and plant optimization for these projects. He has also served as an expert witness in multiple court cases as well as a consultant to packaged wastewater treatment process suppliers designing upgrades to off-the-shelf wastewater treatment systems increase efficiency, lower capital and operational costs and improve reliability and service life.
