Mr. Purga, Transportation Engineering Lead, has over 25 years of diverse transportation engineering experience in civil engineering for the design of highways, local roadways, interchanges, traffic signals, traffic signal timing, ADA compliant curb ramps and sidewalks, parking lots and Work Zone Traffic Control. Mr. Purga is PTOE certified, has knowledge, and experience in traffic operations engineering projects, and has successfully completed transportation projects for numerous clients in the New York metropolitan area including New York City Department of Design and Construction, New York State Department of Transportation, New York State Parks, local counties, towns, and villages. Mr. Purga has direct experience utilizing AutoCAD, Microstation, Bentley Inroads Storm and Sanitary, Autodesk Vehicle Tracking, BSD Speclink and Primavera P6.
