Mr. Feeney has over 30 years of diverse engineering and project management experience. Mr. Feeney has a strong foundation in MEP, site infrastructure design, construction, and project management, and has served as Principal in Charge, Project Manager, and Principal Design Engineer on public work, industrial and commercial design, and construction management projects throughout the region. Moreover, he has technical expertise and experience in managing multiple projects incorporating utilities, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing systems for both public and private clients.
